The Special Services AT Lending Library makes assistive technology (AT) equipment and tools available for checkout to school district and educational agency personnel for short-term loan.

What is Assistive Technology?

IDEA defines assistive technology as "...any item, piece of equipment, or product system, whether acquired commercially off the shelf, modified, or customized, that is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of a child with a disability."

How it Works

Loan requests can be made through our online catalog. Equipment is available for pick at the PSESD and must be returned at the conclusion of a 45-day trial period. Directors or designated staff may use the equipment for evaluation of student need, , trial of recommended devise, professional development, or technical assistance.
